SOLD WITHIN A WEEK!

Wonder why there's no photo of the unit? I sold it before  there is a chance to take any!

 

When I first met the couple for a discussion, it was clear that the driving force for their move was to give their daughter a better head start in life. They wanted a location within 1 km of a good primary school and ideally near their parent’s home. With over 180 primary schools in Singapore, shortlisting a suitable location was certainly a daunting task. Being busy professionals, they were glad that I was there to assist them on this quest!

 

I shared with them a shortlist of primary schools that fits their requirements as well as the property prices they can expect from each area. Once they felt confident that the plan was feasible, we jumped in action, got their unit advertised and sold within a week!

SOLD AT RECORD PRICE!

This couple had another agent marketing their unit before they engaged my service. They were informed that it was not possible to sell their property at their desired price and they should be content with the offers presented.

 

On the contrary, I believe otherwise. After speaking with the couple, I ascertained that the previous agent did not position their unit in the best angle which resulted in lower offers. After marketing their unit for two weeks, I sold it at their ideal price which is also highest price transacted in their estate in the last 12 months!

 

With the sale, the couple was able to move to a newer estate with bigger facilities. From sale of their house to the purchase of their new home, it is all done within 3 months!

SOLD AT $250K OVER VALUATION!

My clients’ property had been on the market for over a year before they got to know about my service.
